I've started requesting "no bag" whenever I get food to go from McDonalds. They also stuff it full of napkins that I don't use, and the bag itself is a waste of paper. Why not go easy on the environment?ONE GOOD DEED: Get food without the bag, thus saving paper.

To be a humanitarian, then you must want to look for ways to make a difference in other’s lives. This doesn’t just mean write a check. A humanitarian will try to help those who are suffering, hungry or even need something simple as a ride. A humanitarian isn’t a 9 to 5 job. It is someone who helps anytime, any day or any place.
Chadd Winterburg is a humanitarian. He helps those in need, no matter what the need may be. If a veteran needs a ride to the doctor, then he is there to offer that ride. Chadd Winterburg volunteers his time and love to the homeless veterans at ‘The Cove House’. There isn’t a job that needs to be done that Chadd Winterburg doesn’t do. Being a veteran himself, Chadd Winterburg understands that a veteran may be ill on the inside where no one can see. Chadd Winterburg is a compassionate, loving humanitarian. His volunteer work doesn’t stop here, but only begins. Chad Winterburg also volunteers at the VFW in his community. When a fund raiser is need, then Chadd Winterburg is there to help organize and raise money. This is a true humanitarian, Chadd Winterburg. He doesn’t let a clock determine when he can help others. Chadd Winterburg doesn’t do it for recognition. The smile on faces he helps is enough recognition to this humanitarian, Chadd Winterburg.
